Refund policy

Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unopened, unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to initiate a return

To start a return, contact us at: mjsbeautycosmetic@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to: 9 rue Condé, 33000 Bordeaux, France. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as shipping instructions. Any item sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

Damaged or defective products

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product, so that we can resolve the problem.
